"Soft skills" is a term often
associated with a person's "EQ" (Emotional Intelligence
Quotient), the cluster of personality traits, social graces, communication,
language, personal habits, friendliness, and optimism that characterize
relationships with other people.
Soft skills include the ability to adapt
to changing circumstances and the willingness to learn through
experience, and are applicable across multiple disciplines and
careers.
It is important for you to develop soft
skills as you prepare for college and as you graduate and enter
the workforce.
Our workshop includes sessions designed
to develop these important soft skills.
