Communication
the exchange of thoughts through speech, writing, signals or behavior
is critical to success in any endeavor, but it's so complex:
I say one thing
and you hear another.
You say something and I think I know what you really mean, but
do I?
I email you and you infer something I didnt mean.
The 7 Cs of Communication
Think of how often you communicate with
people during your day.
You write emails, send
texts, participate in meetings, create reports, deliver presentations,
chat with your friends
the list goes on.
We can spend almost our entire day communicating. And we should
make sure that we communicate in the clearest, most effective
way possible
The 7 Cs provide a checklist
for making sure that all your communications are well constructed
and clear so your audience gets your message.

This workshop is full of
information and practical advice to improve your interpersonal

topcs:
- Effective Listening

are often endearing or appealing to others.
Employers often seek to hire staff with 'strong
interpersonal skills' - they want people who will work well in
a team and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues,
customers and clients.
Through awareness of how you interact with
others - and with practice - you can improve your interpersonal
skills.
