Prior to your workshop or seminar,
we work with you, or another advisor, to plan the scope and direction
of your program based on your goals and desired outcomes.
Our facilitator comes to your school
and provides custom training to take your student leaders to the
next level. We will provide all the materials (digital, print)
needed to facilitate your workshop. And we arrange for guest speakers
from your local community as needed.
After your workshop, we provide you
with a report detailing the results of our debriefing session
and written student feedback surveys.
The Details
Secondary school students at all
levels will benefit from our workshops. Ideally, there will be
a minimum of 5 student participants and a maximum of 30 student
participants.
Our workshops are designed to concentrate
on these leadership skill areas:
- Understanding leadership styles - yours
and others'.
- Identifying individual strengths
- Building soft skills - E.Q.
- Improving communication skills
- Building confidence
- Learning to speak more articulately and
positively
- Role playing nonverbal behavior
- Building problem solving skills
- Managing Stress

Our Student Leadership Series workshops
take place at your school.
Occasionally, we will host off-campus workshops offering student
leaders from two or more schools the opportunity to meet and work
with others from the area.
Our Student Leadership Series workshops
can run as full day sessions at your site. We also offer a half-day
option and a multiple-session option.
And, if you're pressed for time during your typical school day,
we can bring our programs to you in evening or Saturday sessions.

affordable without sacrificing quality of our content. .Because
your situation is unique, costs for our programs can vary.
Generally speaking, though, cost for a workshop is based upon
a base fee + a per/student tuition fee (includes all student materials)
+ miscellaneous expenses, if any.
